The Trauma Resuscitation in Kids (TRIK) course, accredited by the Canadian Association of Emergency Physicians, was delivered by a faculty comprising three Canadian and eight local instructors. This marked the second time the course has been held in Kenya. A total of 21 participants from various hospitals successfully completed the training, further strengthening local capacity in the effective management of paediatric trauma patients.
