The Blaster is scaled to the size used in the Star Wars ANH movie. The Ion Blaster was printed w/ Black PLA material at a 30% Infill.The next step is two coats of primer & 2 coats of flat black paint. I also paint the wood stock of blaster. Then I do my special weathering process to get it a special look. Once this is complete, 2 Matte Clear coats are applied to protect the blaster.
