This is an Integral Designs insulated (synthetic fiber) jacket. It's reversible, with a pure blue side and a fluorescent orange side.

It has a slightly relaxed fit on a petite woman who is 153cm tall. There are no issues with the zippers or cords. It's really well-made, and I've worn it for about 2 years, but there are no noticeable frays. It's a bit heavy because it's synthetic fiber, but it's comfortable.
