Lamp works!!
Broken Clip!! Other than the broken clip, this lamp is in terrific condition. Works as intended. Can be disassembled and used as a hood light or heat lamp in an aquarium. Can be repaired or used for parts. Looks like the gooseneck and clip would come off fairly simple with a screwdriver . Light is the same style as a small aquarium heat lamp with the addition of the gooseneck and the broken clip. Price has been adjusted accordingly.

Hood works fine! The rest of the lamp can be removed so that the bulb hood and cord is each that’s left.
Lots of uses.
Was used as a desk lamp. Then the clip broke. I used it in my photography for a while. And eventually we used the hood part for a gecko aquarium.
