This book includes handwritten notes on the executive program. Paper, identifying magnificent ideas from this book dated January 27th of 1962. See photos. This book was published in 1961, I found no reason to believe that this is not a first edition in the United States, published simultaneously in Canada. Similar materials found in this book were also published in Harper's magazine and several sources were quoted in this book.
In good used conditioner with damage to the dust cover, certain yellowing to the pages due to age
