Snowball X cauliflower is a reliable heirloom variety, known for its compact growth and tightly packed, creamy white heads. Developed for its adaptability, this variety matures early and thrives in a range of climates. Its impeccable for northern climates as it produces very early. It makes the supreme Cauliflower Buffalo Bites!!

How to Grow Snowball X Cauliflower:
Start Indoors: Sow seeds 4-6 weeks before the last frost and transplant outdoors when seedlings are tough.
Transplant: Space plants 18-24 inches apart in well-drained, fertile soil.
Sunlight & Temperature: Prefers full sun and cooler temperatures for supreme development.
Watering: Keep soil consistently moist to prevent heads from becoming bitter.
Blanching: When heads reach 2-3 inches, tie outer leaves over them to maintain their white color.
